We do not charge commissions and we do not interfere in negotiations or transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Only list legal and authentic products (fruits/vegetables and related supplies)
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Handle delivery, payment, and quality terms independently with the other party

We are not responsible for disputes, payment failures, or product quality issues.

4. Vendor Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of product descriptions and images
• Updating availability and prices
• Responding to buyer inquiries promptly
  The platform serves as a digital showcase only.

5. No Commission Policy

We operate on a zero-commission model. All deals are made directly between buyer and seller. The platform does not act as an agent, broker, or payment gateway.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these terms
• Engages in fraudulent or misleading activity
• Harasses or threatens other users
• Uses the platform for non-agricultural purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All design elements, logos, and content (excluding user-uploaded content) are the intellectual property of Bilsooq.com and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bilsooq.com is not liable for:

• Any damages or losses arising from transactions between users
• Disputes, product issues, or miscommunication
• Technical interruptions or data loss

9. Modifications
